Cute males are not about orientation anyway.

I mainly associate "cute" with females, especially young ones. I've also heard it used with males, but only very young ones, like toddlers.

I thought it was a dental thing.

I remember a small number of women telling me I was "Cut" which always confused me. Ten years have passed and I realised they meant "Cute", I feel so bad now not realising what they meant at the time.
