No, this topic has nothing to do with birds. Say you’ve got a list of ten things you want to get done today, but for whatever reason you can only complete one of them and are forced to make a choice. Which one are you choosing, and why? For me, the answer is easy: some stretching and exercise. Everything else can wait. It keeps me healthy, keeps me mobile, clears my head, and gives me the best chance of being around to deal with the other nine things I put off until tomorrow. What’s yours?
