If you have an investment visa, do you need to report every 90 days or just apply for extention once a year?

Believe you will have to do both as the 90 day reporting is for your address. If you travel outside Thailand on a regular basis with a re-entry permit your address reports may be less often as they are based on continuos time in Thailand. The visa extension itself should be yearly.
