I Almost Cut My Hair Today: Have you cut yours since COVID?

I Almost Cut My Hair Today: BUT....I didn't.....

Dear Folks,

When did you last visit a Thai barber?

As for me, I have not visited my regular barber in about six years.

It’s now gettin’ kinda long…

I have not returned to have my hair cut since, about, March, 2020.

Is it possible that we underestimate the true impact of our collective COVID experience?

Will even future historians know for sure the impact?

How many years will be required for bean-counters to add up the true toll of our collective COVID ordeal, do you think?

And, what are the Top 10 lasting effects of COVID for the world?

So far, we do not know?

Regards, and listen to…

CSNY….

Don’t tink too much….

Note: And, don’t cut your hair….for now, please….

Note2:  Everything is coming up Déjà vu

Note3:  “When I listen to this I want to turn the clock back to 1969.”

Perfectly understandable, your doubt....of course.

Yet, no matter how incomprehensible, still it is true.

This is a 100-year event that we have experienced.

Once the virus escapes the lab, then very strange things happen.

With each succeeding year, since 2020, I have had to spend increasingly more on shampoo.

Still, I am not complaining.

Others have endured far more than I.

If only we could return to the Summer of 69....

It’s a rubber band to manage and wad up of what’s left of the grey rats nest below the polished dome.

Yes during Covid the Barber's was just too much of a risk and I've not been since. Spent B200 on some electric clippers in 2020 which to this day work well enough on my meagre mop ! My lovely wife usually does the honours but I've been known to do the cut myself when in UK.

NO hair cut for 6 years ? Yuk. Just can't imagine the inconvenience of that ! Awful ! Be brave, lop it all off with garden shears to give you a flying start. Then a 3mm cut all over. Job done !

Every month or so, run a 4mm shaver around me dome. When grows back in and starts to get a bit wavy, rinse & repeat. Too easy, and can't remember last time I used a barber.

I believe you.

Some, here, may not.

But, I do.

Thank you.

Same here, not into the primitive scrappy look.

A No3 all over every two weeks, done by my Mrs.

Lovely job.

Howard Hughes has left the building....

Passion will make you crazy, but is there any other way to live?

Why don't you post a picture of your long wavy hair?

Some of you must be bald if you don't need to cut your hair for 6 years....

I go to the Thai or Burmese barber every 4 weeks for a 1cm all-over cut and eyebrow trim :)

I used to go to a Thai barber. The last time I was there, I was the next customer waiting for him to finish the haircut. Then when the haircut was finished, the barber threw the chair back and proceeded to shave. Then when the shave was done, he got out the equipment to clean customer's ears. At which point I got up and left. Now the clipper does the work.

If you cut your hair OP, you'll catch Covid and die. Stay home and stay masked, except when you go to the hospital to get your Covid boosters! thumbsup

PS
If you venture out of your room, you'll get hantavirus too, for sure. Best not to bathe either. God only knows what is lurking in the bath water! wink

It looks like you overestimated the impact of COVID. Not cutting your hair for 6 years? Have you been hiding out at home for the last 6 years? You promised us you would be relocating to Japan, but you're still here?

I have a buzz cut every 4 weeks as for my genital area my wife takes care of that when needed.

Good but what did he do in his spare time?

Some time before COVID — saved a minor fortune that I can spend on more fun stuff than having short hair — and rubber bands to hold a ponytail are way cheaper than a barbers' haircut...thumbsup

A 1 cm all over cut takes 2 minutes with an electric trimmer and the eyebrow trim 10 secs. THe barber visit is better than a dentist visit but not by much.

I definately always remember to trim those other areas where the hair grows and real fast!! 😗

Oh OK, i was just working on the DM you sent asking for a pair of my used undies. I have a five day red pair for you, the sniff areas are easily seen..

Jew haters have some weird fetishes indeed.
