Has any Thai had any luck in obtaining a tourist visa to Canada lately? Any recommendations?

I know Thai women who came to Canada on tourist or student visas and they all have deep pockets and firm ties back home. Vague, but it really does depend on who is applying for that visa and how well off they are. Canada is the toughest country to get in to and they've been sending tens of thousands of temporary workers back home. Best of luck if you're asking on behalf of a service or retail worker. If she's middle class or above it shouldn't be a problem.
