1) It may be (but not only for a "Westerner"), but it isn't automatically rape.

2) In this criminal case you don't know if that was her reason.

3) Exploitative is anything were you take unfair advantage, so if s.o. asks for money in exchange for sex they are also exploiting, i.e. the sexual needs of others. They are in a symbiotic relationship, exploiting each other, if you insist on that expression.

Well yeah, he claims that the child rapist is morally superior to me , because the child rapists accepts his 10 year jail term and I say child rapists should be permeantly kept away from children (life sentence of death sentence).
