Then read it again, can you?

Just keep it for yourself. Your main task on AN is to answer to stupid jokes which show everything about you. Pathetic

Are you stalking/trolling me? You seem to have a very unhealthy interest in what I am up to.

Seems like I am living rent free inside your head. That is pretty sad. You should get yourself a different hobby.

Here's something positive...

If you are retired that makes you a "capitalist" instead of "working class" trading your labor for wages.

You living off the fat. Woo wee. 😁

Agree.

Would have liked to stayed just another day but had already booked the next night's accommodation elsewhere.
We, purely by chance, arrived when they were celebrating their anniversary of becoming a province. Concerts (all at 160dB, of course) competing for dominance, and a huuuuge market from food to leatherware, gems, furniture, and clothing. Some sort of talent quest with some guy on a mic also competing with the music from the merry-go-round thing for the wee kiddies.
Dinner was great at the restaurant and the people were all very pleasant except, unfortunately, the reception staff at the hotel. You'd have though we'd dropped a turn on the counter with the way we (two men, two rooms) were treated. The security guard was great. But the rest of place was great.
Looking forward to going back next year around the same time and explore more. But stay somewhere else.

Met my ex there, not so great besides a daughter became of it. Stayed at the Maenam Hotel on the Mekong.Visited the Wat Phu Tok, nice view after the climb. Decent food in various restaurants.

I just came back from a holiday in LOS (travel twice a year), having lived in LOS for many years, I find Thailand very boring. No matter where you go, it all looks the same. If I wanted to move back, it would be Pattaya, where I have been many times. Yes, my wife is Thai and has been in the West for many years and won't move back to LOS. My 2 cents Worth.

Just had a few nights in Pattaya, not there so much lately, I hadn't realised the extent of the Indian people's growth. Not just curry houses now but caffs advertising Jain food, paan and more. Does not look like a temporary invasion.

I like Macanese egg tarts; back in the day, I'd enjoy getting the ferry over to Macau for some tarts. You could gamble, at the same time; I honestly believe that I came out ahead on the Blackjack table, but Dr K's experience at Schiphol called that into question
