I've lived in BKK and Rayong for a decade, and then we moved back to the home country. In the mean time we've bought a house, a farm, and expanding the land in not that far frmo the Huai Kha Khaeng wildlife sanctuary on the Nakhon Sawan / Uthai Thani boarder. It's an hour from Nakhon Sawan city. It's a lovely place and I have spent quite a bit of time there and dengue aside, I enjoy it there. But when it comes to living there in retirement, I'm not so sure.

I would welcome insights, thoughts, perspectives from others living in NS or that area please.

I’ve lived in Nakhon Sawan for 11 years, It is slowly becoming more of a boom town area and the suburbs where I live are non stop housing and restaurant development, A recent Central, Several large private Hospitals, golf course. Nice people here & proud of their City. There are a fair few places to visit but once you’ve done all that one or two times it can become boring.

Uthai Thai is especially one of my favorite provinces, with endless Mountain View’s & beautiful places of interest to visit
