It's called statutory rape when it happens, and is one of the harshest crimes humanity has. Those involved make millions daily, and are among the lowest forms of scumbag earth has. they have no place in society and seeing it's a learned behavior, need to be locked up so they can't perpetuate those crimes. I come from New Jersey, then Texas, where people like those are beaten to a pulp if they even go near underaged girls. My 16 year old daughter was at a house near ours with a man that was in his 20's, with his supposed girlfriend. I was called by a concerned citizen so i went there. The police were also called and arrested him for being with an underage girl. They knew me from the gym and gun sales and said he was lucky they came before I did. Yes, justice has to be meted out before they're allowed to rape and kill girls.
