feeling tired when you age?

Most people think aging only shows up in the mirror — wrinkles, gray hair, sagging skin. But one of the most important changes as you get older happens somewhere you can’t see: inside your blood vessels. Your vascular system affects every part of your body, and as vascular resilience declines with age, it can help explain lower energy, slower recovery, and even brain fog. The good news is that food can help protect and even reverse some of that decline. (based on the insights of Dr. William Li)

What food might that be? A certain type of food like vegetables?

I don't mind the 'mature' look of getting older, still have decent energy. Do miss doing the more 'active things' I used to do. Knowing I don't bounce as well, so I don't risk having a tumble, that usually came with the more active outdoor or stupid things I enjoyed doing 🤣

Now it's photography and remote control joysticks, operating a drone, for passing time.

Food, cooking & eating, got down to a science 😁

There is a time when you realise the world is not made of rubber.
