Due to the workload in my job I need to work overtime. My normal working hours are Monday to Friday and 8 hours per day.

How is the normal hourly rate calculated in Thailand as a basis for paying overtime? My other question is what are the legal minimum overtime rates Monday-Friday and also on a weekend/public holiday?
