Why is asiannow.com becoming very Thai in getting less and less convenient to use? A long time ago now the little arrow in any comment you made which sent you back to the post you were commenting on disappeared. So now you have to navigate and scroll forever to get back there. It was very convenient and logical. Why was it removed? And now after you read a new topic thread there is no box at the end to comment! I either have to reply to someone else's comment or scroll to the very end of the comments to add mine. Also, despite repeatedly checking my settings and messaging aseannow 3 times about it, I never get email notifications for anything except the newsletter. Come on aseannow.com! You can do better than this!!!

Yeah there are little issues which probably we all just get used to. One annoying one is notifications suddenly all go grey even though I've not read them

It seems that the omission of a comment box Is only for the world news items, but again, illogically the comment box for this thread is before the thread and not at the end! ..🤔..Go figure!

The correct forum for such a comment or to request for help is "Forum Support" where it has now been moved for you, perhaps you couldn't find that either.😃

I fail to understand why you would think the removal of a function by the software developer is within our control? but hey blames us by all means if totally unfounded.

The rest of your comments point strongly toward user error or incompetance - and please dont assume just because you "sent" an enail thats its been received - no emails have been received from the email address on your account. If youve tried sending PM's to Support- that service is not available.

C'mon SunsetT you can do better than this !😄

Wrong again - this is via YOUR account....Oh look the comment box in at the base of a news article in world news !!

Seems to me youd be better served asking for help to actually use the forum and not attack it because you dont know how to do something, so it must be us.
