Your own quote contradicts what you are claiming. It specifically says Carroll did not prove rape under the New York Penal Law definition given to the jury.

What the jury actually found was that Trump was civilly liable for sexual abuse and defamation. Judge Kaplan later said the conduct implicitly found by the jury forced penetration with his fingers would commonly be described as rape under broader modern definitions. That is the judge’s explanation and I’m not denying that he wrote it.

But that is not the same as Trump being found guilty of rape under New York law. There were no criminal rape charges, no criminal trial and no rape conviction. This was a civil case using the lower “more likely than not” standard, and the jury specifically answered no when asked whether Carroll proved rape under the definition it received.

You can accurately say the judge believed the proven conduct amounted to rape in the ordinary meaning of the word. You cannot accurately turn that into “Trump was found guilty of rape under New York law.” Those are two different claims. Again I dont really like Trump and if he raped someone put him away, but your twisting things into what you want them to be than what actually happened.

Yes, that is part of a real civil complaint filed anonymously in 2016. What you are leaving out is what happened afterward.

The case was dismissed because it failed to state a valid federal claim. It was then refiled in New York and voluntarily withdrawn before discovery, testimony, cross-examination or trial. No evidence was tested, no judge made a factual finding, no jury heard the case and no criminal charges were filed.

Her attorney said she withdrew because she had received threats and was frightened. That could explain why she stopped, but it does not independently prove the allegations either.

Therefore, it is accurate to say an anonymous woman accused Trump of these horrible acts in a lawsuit. It is not accurate to post the allegations as though they are established facts. Anyone can place accusations in a civil complaint. The purpose of evidence and a trial is to determine whether those accusations can be proven and that never happened here.

So are you acknowledging this is an unproven allegation from a withdrawn lawsuit or are you presenting the complaint itself as proof that it happened?
