So remember Hillary Clinton calling MAGA deplorables? This is a great example of what she meant. At a Trump rally in Las Vegas the crowd booed after Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo mentioned Officer Austin Abdelnabi, a LV police officer just killed in the line of duty.

Why did the boo? Well, who knows what goes on in the MAGA minds, but it's safe to assume that the name Abdelnabi sounded "foreign" and scary to to them.

I feel for the longtime residents of las Vegas

They've dealt with the influx of California's trying to turn Nevada into a high taxed energy inefficient state like their own and they also have the same issue of illegals driving unlicensed. Basically the weight of California's problems weighing down on what's already the undesirable aspect of living somewhere with so many tourists. But that's why I dont live there

Otherwise great state, and Lombardo should be winning re election this year as the state is more sane than most other than LV which is basically LA now
