Since about 6 weeks I have a strange kind of itchiness, without rash, that I've never had before.

Sometimes there's no itchiness for hours and then my hands, feet, scalp or ankles itch, caused by (accidentally) touching a wall or something like that and it disappears after a minute or so.

It can also happen when I open a bottle.

At night there's no problem.

It happens in my room but also when I'm outside.

It could be related to my room although it's a "clean" room including the a/c but recently I've stayed elsewhere and the itchiness improved significantly.

I took fexofenadine which made the itchiness disappear for a few days.

I'm on Bali now, but will soon be in Bangkok.

I'm looking for a reputable dermatologist.

Any recommendations?

And has anyone ever experienced something like the above?

Could be kidney trouble or internal fungi.

I had unbearable itching for awhile and then some rashes turned up, armpits & crotch.

Never had anything like it before. The itching was in those places and also outer thighs, stomach & back.

Now into 6th week of medicine and creams.

All settle down accept back itching. 2 more weeks I should be free.

Bedsheets could possibly bear some remains of washing powder, softener aso.

Also check your food. Too many citrus fruits?

Or medicine interactions?

or dirty Aircon filter?

After checking those sources you might see a dermatologist, not taking any medicine uncontrolled.

If you got further questions you might send a PM
