After John-Paul Miller had an affair with a much better looking woman Mica Miller decided to leave, which her husband did not accept, stalked her a bit and harassed her. The crazy woman then did kill herself. By the grace of God John-Paul Miller was a at a soccer game for children and thus had an iron-clad alibi, or he would certainly have been arrested at the behest of Mica's friends and family for murder. Since that was impossible, due to his alibi, they got the FBI involved to go after him for "stalking".

So moral of the story, if she's crazy, she could kill herself, and it's still not her fault, and you better have an alibi when it happens.

So if you thought the majority of the jury want to convict Clancy and a lone pro-Clancy juror is stopping it, you are in for a surprise. In fact it is the OTHER WAY AROUND, all the women want to acquit Clancy and one lone male juror is refusing to do so.

By acquit obviously I mean exonerate her from murder and give a lower sentence, as full acquittal is impossible here since Clancy admits she killed three children.

The defence was so shameless to suggest to the judge to simply remove the juror who does not want to acquit Clancy. The judge obviously refused.

So no surprise here, with 9 women, the overwhelming drive is to exonerate Clancy from killing children.

From what I read in the news, there were 11 not-guilty verdicts and 1 guilty verdict. I'm glad to see one person standing up for the victims of this crime.

It's a hung jury. Seems it's open season on kids in Mass. You can legally abort till the day of birth and now you can murder your children after they're born.

It's discouraging that 11 people voted not guilty by reason of insanity. It's also disconcerting that so many women are on her side and want people to see things from her point of view. I wonder if they consider the children's perspective when their mother was strangling them.

That guy, if he doesn't fold, should get a hero award. The only one to see it as it is. The others want to make excuses for killing 3 toddlers. It's hard to fathom.

Then you just have to claim "post-partum" depression and killing 3 children will give you huge sympathy. I've seen some sick <deleted> in my life, but this is the sickest <deleted> of all.

Same as killing your husband, if you're a woman you just have to claim "battered woman syndrome", and you can burn your husband alive with near impunity. She served 3 years for burning her husband alive.

The defense lawyer argued for a stay and appealed to the Mass Supreme court, before the trial judge mistrial decision.

The defense lawyer lost his appeal and proceeded to voice his dissatisfaction on the system & process .
