On 14th November this year there will be the first Eurovision Song Contest Asia in Bangkok. At this moment 11 countries are participating but in Thai News there is nothing to find about this contest. Several countries have chosen their song already.

Thailand will be one who choose their song on 27 September.. but why not more promotion of artists and the whole contest???

Thailand want to promote tourism and activities, but a Song Contest like this is not important enough I suppose as really nothing can be found... This is just a good opportunity to promote Thailand in Asia and the rest of the world.

I have no idea.. probably because the idea is from the Eurovision Song Contest which is been held already 60 years and this year they have an Asia edition.. Maybe it will change as Eurovision has a big reputation an millions of watchers all over the world
