Yep, that works too… although I’m not sure walking to the shops and doing a few push-ups is going to build quite the same amount of muscle as actually using gym equipment. 😂


But hey, whatever gets you off the couch and moving is a win. 👍

  • A great gym has lots of machines. Some Thai gyms are limited on what they have. For example a great gym will have like 2 chest supported row machines, a lat pullover machine, a side lateral raise mach

  • They might look a bit rough and rusty, but they get the job done if you just want a basic workout. A cheap pair of gloves and a quick spray of hand sanitiser fixes the hygiene issue easily enough. Bet

Bangkok outdoor gyms are pretty good but that one in the photo was awful.

Thailand even has indoor gyms for 40 and 50 baht with proper machines and weights.

Fair enough 😂 I’ll concede that particular gym looked like it had been rescued from the Titanic. But 40–50 baht for a proper gym with weights? Now that is hard to beat. 💪😂

Look at the Khon Kaen gyms. 40 and 50 baht.
