Gf + Baby = New Visa Category For Me ?

Featured Replies

Not 50 yrs yet ,NON O visa now?,after our baby born

My Thai girlfriend and I just had a baby. :o

I am in my 40' (endless tourist visas)

Have goverment pension with "pension letter" more than B800.000

Can I qualify for Non O visa now, after our baby is born ?

(under 50 yrs old, not married, no work permit, no business, only goverment pension confirmed)

Anyone tried this ?

What document needed ?

Did you change visa class at immigration, or did you have to apply at embassy/consulate abroad ?

Or, do they only issue Tourist visa, as long as you're under 50 and not married ?

Been 7 yrs in Thailand now, my 4 passport already, numerous visa run to Cambodia before, and Malaysia now. Dreaming that our new "family status" (without marrying) will meet the demands of NON O visa. ( I think it did 4-5 yrs before)

Anyone know for shure? Thanks :D

It should allow issue of a non immigrant visa to visit from a Consulate.

It no longer allows extensions of stay from Immigration (since last year). There is a chance this might change this month but we don't know for sure yet.

You could always go the honorable way and marry - and it's cheap too...
