24, Married Thai wife. Assume that I having the Multi Non-O Marriage Visa. If the next extention I could not meet the requirement of the Immigration rules. What is the type of visa I need to apply after the Multi Non-O Marriage Visa expired?

Believe you are talking about a multi entry non immigrant O visa (there is no marriage visa) to visit family. If you can not meet extension of stay requirements of 40k family income per month another multi entry visa is your best option - but few places in the area provide more than single entry. Penang is probably the best bet but they may want to see money in a bank account.

Thanks for the fast reply.

I have read some of the topic, some said, KL, Malaysia no need to show any proof. Is it true? Because last time somewhere in July,2007. I tried to call KL. But they said will not issue any Multi-entry for non-O. And also some topic said that Penang just need 200,000 bath or no need to proof. Is that true?

KL has been hit and miss this year. Singapore has been providing only for those with bank accounts. Penang has just returned to issuing multi entry and some have report none to 200k as expected bank account balance. You will need marriage certificate/copy and copy of wife ID card and always a good idea to have short note signed by wife asking for you to be provided the visa to visit her just in case it is asked for.

I got my first 12 month multi-entry non-imm O for reasons of marriage at Penang 3 months ago with no proof of income or investment and was told that next time I would have 'no problem' with getting a renewal with no documents - this time I had marriage cert, wife's ID and rental agreement.

It remains to be seen if this does pan out. But that's my experience so far, so there you go :-)

Can I still apply for TV?

Yes. If you don't qualify for a non-immigrant visa you can apply for a tourist visa.
