Double Or Multiple Non Immigrant In Penang Or Kl Available?

Good day!

I am Swiss, will be 50 yrs. in June 2008 and need to get a new Non Immigrant, preferably Multiple to get through June 2008 and apply for my Retirement Visa.

Any idea if I can get such a visa in Penang, KL or anywhere in the "neighborhood'? I can show the required 800K. in the bank and additional funds for living. I can also show a renewable Captn's license from the Royal Thai Harbor Department, which used to require an Non Immigrant status for extension.Do I need an O or B for retirement? Or does it not matter. The consulates in Switzerland usually issue B's automatically.

Assume you're NOT married to a Thai.

I don't think you'll score at a local consulate, Perth may be OK for an O on the grounds of 'investigating retirement possibilities'.
