hi there agian my thai wife 2 year settelment visa is up soon where do i find the correct forms to fill in for ilr, i think they are set m but not sure

Hey Cuddley

If, as you say here , your wife hasn't passed the Life in UK qualification then you will be wasting your money applying for ILR. (you wont get a refund). If you want to do it then you are correct it is SET(M) form.

All of the forms are on the Borders and Immigration Agency Web site
