September 13, 200718 yr My friend is coming here with 2 months tourist visa. Her plan is to stay 3 months so she would need to extend her visa with one 30days visa exemption by hopping the lao border. But now she asked my a difficult question. Are Estonians citizen entitled for that 30 days stamp ? I try to search list of countries from here... I found this http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2482.php?id=2490 it is from 2002. Is it still valid list? New EU member countries are not added? So far it looks like NO - can not do... but If anyone have better info please help urgently. ps. is it possible / difficult to obtain 3 or 4 months tourist visa? or is there such a thing ?
September 13, 200718 yr Estonia is a list "B" country so are not eligible for visa exempt entry. They are allowed to obtain visa on arrival for 15 day stays. As she has a tourist visa she will receive a 30 day stay with that and it can normally be extended for another 30 days at Immigration.

September 14, 200718 yr No. She will only receive a 30 day tourist visa stay and then can extend it. Only countries on list A receive a 60 day tourist visa stay.
