can anyone recommend a good hotel in or near central Rayong town.? Stayed at the Star before, but the water was cold, and the place is dark. Also, do you know where to rent a motorbike?

I every stayed at Sinsiam Resort.It really fantastic.Great Swimming Pool. I like style of hotel.

There's a great little Swiss Run Guest House right down down on the beach. I can't remember the name of it though - sorry. 1000/n, for a great room with bath (little less for shower only). Includes breakfasts Thai or English, and free wi-fi. I stayed there twice in june, and hardly anyone else there so should have no problems. About 400 m east of the Canary condo, about 3 km off sukhumvit.
