Looking For Two Month Rental In Bangkok

I'd appreciate any suggestions for a two month rental in Bangkok, starting the middle of November and ending the middle of January.

I'm looking in the 15K-20K price range per month.

The place must have a decent internet connection, preferably wired, but a strong Wi-Fi connection would suffice. UBC would be a bonus.

The place also needs to be within walking distance of either a BTS or MRT station, without any need to use a bike or taxi to get there.

Good security is also a must, along with a local restaurant, laundry and mini-mart. A community pool and gym would be a bonus.

I've had a look at some really nice serviced apartments, with gym and pool etc, but they are located too far away from the BTS and MRT stations. And the serviced apartments that are decently located are usually much more expensive.

I hope someone can offer some advice, as I may end up making more frequent visits to Bangkok, and finding a decent place to stay is turning out to be quite difficult.
