Book Titles Requested, Please

Hello, I would like some recommendation here, please.

I need to find books that address the issue of work ethic or management style and the difference of that between Thais and foreigners (particularly western farangs). I know most books people here on this board read are likely in English, and that is fine with me. The problem is, I think, you'll find most of them are geared towards foreigners to prepare themselves to work in Thailand. I, however, am looking for the books on the flip side, i.e. what it's like to work with westerners, etc. If none exists, even the cultural differences in general would be adequate. And if you could suggest where I may find the books readily available, that would be great. Thanks.
