Looking for a Chef/Restaurant Manager

Blue Mango Restaurant & Bar is a well established restaurant located in Ao Nang - Krabi, serving Swedish, International and Thai food.

The restaurant has a capacity of about 80 sitting customers and is open from lunch-time.

We are now looking for a new Swedish chef that has the following qualifications:

Experience from work as an Executive Chef.

Excellent leadership and motivation skills and with a hands-on mentality.

Maintain all the highest standards required in food presentation and quality.

Must have training skills.

Outgoing person willing to meet and talk to the guests.

Experience from Thailand and the Thai culture/language is a big advantage.

We offer the right person:

A long term contract (we are not looking for someone that just want to stay over the high season).

Workpermit.

Great freedom to manage the restaurant, within certain frames of course.
