Hi all.  Hey Loburi and caught in the act, and pat pong.  Just reading of some recent events, and word is that the Penang run might not be easy anymore.   Also some consulates are under the gun for granting 1-year non immig B and o visa without showing paper work.   And also reading many farangs are getting arrested because the paper work from the consulates not being completed properly.   What's going on?  Seems that a couple of doodies in the Thai Immig Branch and some governors trying to stick it good.  They say they welcome Retiries that are rich, but frown those from Down south of Thailand.  It was in the news!   Also they cutting out Africa which is on the no mans list, and recently took off Russia and re-entered it back in.   So bottom line is which classification now can we have since they are tightening the noose.   Did you notice that their so called land investment  requirements is flat out dead.  No one wants to invest now in Thailand due to their excessive demands.    Also they pushing to lock out many and seem to want to retreat into some kind of a shell in keeping out growth.   Would like to hear your comments especially the latest on the VISA ISSUES now BREWING  UP.    Thanks  - as always  me :cool:  Also what happened to my Blues guys?  oh :blues: :laugh:

I will make some enquiries Dave> It seems hard to believe that some regional Thai Embassies and Consulates are being easy on paperwork requirements when one considers the litany of woes described by many forum members.
