I was having a look at some property on the way to the new Blackmountain Golf course area. There seems to be allot more available up that way thaen a year or so ago and the prices seem quite reasonable, but I was advised by a number of friends that there been allot of problems with Breakins and theft up there, anyone else heard the the same, or where they the unlucky ones?

A couple of people have had a few problems, one guy had his house broken into during the day, hed just gone to the shop and when he got back half his electrical goods had gone. Someone else I know got broken into 3 times. They reckon its because its a little far from the city with very few street lights. They got a bit fedup with it and have sold up and moved closer to the city. Saying that there seems to be more houses going up there, maybe it will help or maybe make it worst.

Sold up, that's a rarity. I thought once you bought you could never get rid. Probably sold for a pittance then.
