bunple Posted September 22, 2007 Share Posted September 22, 2007 I guessed my MINT VISA credit card and PIN had been compromised so I tried to change the PIN at the Bangkok Bank Bankapi branch on Sukvit, the machine went thru all the motions of OLD PIN and NEW PIN and confirm NEW PIN only to tell me in the end that it could not change the PIN this also happen when I tried to change the PIN on my NationWide Dbt card, also both cards failed to change at another bank down Soi 8, the customer service for MINT VISA seemed to think the problem was because the card and change was being done in Thailand, that can't be right can it?
