I will renew in a couple of weeks - retirement - have been advised by senor staff in Suan Plu to have bank certification of money transferred (not bank book), certified current bank balance, photo of house where we (wife and I) live and a selection of photos of wife and I - the last one I can't understand - what if you aren't married - what then?
