It is issued at the same time as a permanent residency and has to be re-validated every 5 years at your local police station rather than the immigration department. It is generally called "Alien Book" and has a red cover.

I think it is just the permanent residency book.

Anyway, as a foreign female married to a Thai male, you are eligble for applying for Thai citizenship without having to gain PR first.
