Hi,

My extension of stay expeires on 24th October,I am fairly sure I will have problems with the next year,due to the fact that the business on paper is not making money and I was told in another post that they want to see the foreigners salary covered..

So,If I go to Penang,

Can I get a multi Non IMM B,I do have a work permit and I am from ther UK.

Will they except letters to expalin that the company has yet to file its year end accounts.

If some one has doen this recently,I would be grateful for first hand knowledge
