I am looking for some advice please. I am buying a condo and have a Foreign Exchange Transaction Form, (FETF) the old Tor Tor Saam. When I transferred the money to Thailand I specified, to the bank, the exact condo I was intending to buy, although this does not appear in the FETF. I am now thinking of buying a different condo instead of the one I was originally intending to by.

My question is – can I use the FETF as it is or do I need to notify the bank that I am buying a different condo?

It is better to go back to the bank and ask them to change the name of the property It only takes a few minutes

In any case you can use the money on any property you like as well as whenever you like as it is not limited in time.

When I brought money into LOS in January the bank (Kasikorn) wanted to see the Purchase Agreement for the condo so this may no longer be true.
