I used to see quite a few at Koi (the japanese restuarant/bar in Sukhumvit 20)

they probably still there, but I havent been in a while. things get out of fad so quick around bkk, but still worth checking it out. or the bed club always has lots of young farang girls

for daytime activities, i think first u need to meet them somewhere like work or through friends and then u can organise to go and do things together. might be worth going to some of these foreign young professionals networking events

theres the European Young Professionals, the German one, the Aussie one that Im aware of.

the European and German ones arrange a meeting once a month. you can google them, they have a website

Used to live in Town in Town, the small area off Ekkami after it passes Rama 9 on the way out of town.

I have no idea what the story is, but there seems to be a contingent of young models living out that way. I think there is some sort of French school on Meng Jai or something but in the early evenings its not uncommon to see twenty or thirty super models wandering around heading out somewhere, both young men and women. There is a lot of television production in that area, they could well be involved in the entertainment industry in Thailand.

Anyway, its a very unusual sight and a real traffic stopper when they are about. Lots of fun really.

Well the newbies might hang out at KSR.

Cheap charlies in Suk Soi 11 comes to mind - mainly cute teachers. After a while, they gravitate to all the bars and clubs, like Bed etc etc. Silom Soi 4 as well. The FCC is sometimes a good place to hang out, though I doubt you'll be pulling there.

Best place to meet them is at none of the places mentioned above. If you are into sports, there are a variety of expat sporting clubs here in BKK where you'll meet farang girls. Touch rugby, ulitmate frisbee, mixed netball, you name it. The Southerners Sports club is a good example.

For your second question, I'm a farang woman. I've never dated a Thai guy--too married for that. But if I were in the dating scene, I'd prefer any guy that was decent and had the same general values as me. I've met plenty of guys farang and Thai that meet that criteria.

Cute's a little subjective.

If you mean attractive, which is again subjective, but easier to define: I would have said just walk round with your eyes open. Nightlife venues, used to be: QBar, Bed Club (both on Sukhumvit Soi 11), Ministry of Sound (closed now I believe), Huu bar, Club '87 in Conrad Hotel.

Hope you don't frighten them away tho'

One of the clubs in RCA, think it was Flix, used to have a 'models night' on I think Tuesdays(?) a year or so ago, dunno if its still held. Lots of hot farang chicks hanging out for the free drinks. Of course, lots of hot young farang dudes there too, so there's a downside as well.
