August 15, 201114 yr At the risk of coming across as a misogynist, which I'm not.....but I find it difficult to take seriously female sporting presentators, commentators, journalists, whatever. It just doesn't fit. Shouldn't they be in their kitchens baking cookies or something?

Last week, people were talking about "Spring is here!"........lambs are being born, birds are fighting, my plum tree (Xmas plum) has green buds (no S, not those sort), daffodils in the park...... It SNOWED in Auckland today. Midday, 4 degrees C, with a wind chill factor taking it to -3. I have never seen snow in Auckland! Akshully, 1st time since July 1939. (I was 6 mths young....LOL) Temp was the coldest day ever recorded in Auckland. The temperature got up to only 8.2C . Not cold really, wind chill would drop it considerably. I heard some squealing and laffing, on going outside........ My missus, Filipina, was outside dancing around in a hailstorm with lil kids nextdoor......... <deleted>. She had neva seen hail before,
