Hi All,

My Non Imm B Multi entry visa expires on the 6th of November and I was planning to return to the UK to get a new one. My Entry stamps and Work Permit are both valid until December.

My Thai GF has just got her UK visa so she can accompany me on the trip but she misunderstood the dates and her visa starts from 10th November which means we cannot fly until then, 4 days after my business visa expires.

I think I am ok, as the entry stamps and WP are dated for December but can anybody just let me know if there is going to be any issues?

Either in reapplying for the visa in Hull or problems with the authorities here?

Expiration of your visa only means you can not enter again after that date - as you are here and have an entry stamp until December you are fine for the 10 November flight. Have not seen anyone post anything negative about Hull for visas.

If your 'permitted to stay' stamp is valid there is no problem, the validity of the visa is only concerned with ENTRY to Thailand.
