Extension Of Retirement Visa

I'm going to Bangkok on Tuesday and hope to get the letter attesting to income from the Canadian Embassy for my December Retirement Visa renewal.

Should I go to the foreign affairs ministry (or whatever it's called) and get a signature? So many toos and fros, I can't remember the rules now. And where IS that place again?

There is no such requirement (to legalize signature) and never has been. You do not need to go to the MFA.
