Tá-bian Bâan

Hi all ..

i've been having a hosue built .

land purchased in company name. 39/61

but now i''m trying out the tá-bian bâan .

i wanted it in my own name as i thought the land had to be company but house could be farang name.

but having some problems .

the builders have donw the paperwork for me . bless them ..lol

they have put the aplication in in my fiances name (NOT going to happen)

so i asked them to change it to my company name .. there a little upset as it seems they had hoped it would stay in thai name s they were back-dooring on the tax .. and if i comapny name it they have ot declare it .. lol .. not good for me though as its going to add tax on the price !

so what name is meant to go on the tá-bian bâan .. thai name .. farnag name .. company name ..

and is it right its issues at 80% of build ?

and all if company or farang is it easy ?
