Where To Go Board Games?

Hi all:

Anyone know if there is a place to get board games in Bangkok? You know, Operation, Scrabble, Monopoly...etc;.. We'll be going out to look this weekend, and wondering where to look.

Operation!, that brings back a few memories.

Don't think you've much chance of getting that.

You can get Monolopy and Scrabble many places. one place I saw was Central Chidlom, I think it was on the 7th floor in B2S boookshop or the other floor where all the kid's toys are.

I would love to get mousetrap, it was great, or haunted house and cluedo.

Everyone is into comp. games more nowadays, looks bloody boring to me, that Rak Nalog, and Counterstrike.

Yeah I agree. I only ever see board games in book shops and then they are word orientated. Scrabble, Word-up and some Thai equivalents.

Ask someone to bring some over for you - you can get all these games in travel versions now (except mousetrap though I suppose) in duty free at airports in the west.
