It is something that has been discussed before but it is still confusing to me.

I want the register a private Company Limited with my wife (Thai) holding 51% of the shares (we both will be directors). In order for me to qualify for a werk permit does the registered capital of the company need to be 2 million baht or only 1 million?

Question seems to be answered already. My wife asked the Labour Department; when legally married and on a non-O visa a registered capital of 1 million is enough for obtaining a work permit.
