Actually - this is to mix in with Whey protein ! Whey is quite low in 2 essential amino acids which lowers the utilisation of the whey - I was hoping to mix in some powdered egg whites.

Now - if there's a mixed whey/soy/egg protein out there that doesn't cost a zillion baht a kilo, that would be interesting too.
