Spanish Condo

Looking for some feedback on this place.

I had two friends that bought condos there and let them go, something about they could not get them into their names because the seller did not even own them. They lost about 80,000 baht each and the elevator was out for three months and they did not fix it. I guess they think the homeowners dues are for profit and not for maintenance.

Cheap condos, lot of thais, lot of crime - dangerous!!

Makes View Talay 1 look like the Taj Mahal.

Maybe a better name would be Spanish Harlem Condos.

Plagued not long ago by a rough young crowd of BK weekenders. Drink, drugs and noise.

my mate has two places on there and there are no probs.

i also stayed there without any fuss.

Thanks for the positive imput Norman. I checked the place out in the daytime and evening and it seems like a decent place and very quiet.

Been there myself a few times ( friends from work live there )

Truthfully never seen any problems there.

If i was in the market for a condo in Pattaya........i would consider it.
