Hi,

I am a Pakistan national, having Pakistani passport. Previously I have visited Thailand 2 times ( 2001, and 2006 ) , each time for 8 to 10 days for holidays.

At the moment I am in Kuala Lumpur for work, and will be reaching Penang on Tuesday ( 30 October ).

Can I apply for a tourist visa for Thailand from at Thai Consulate in Penang ?

I wish to visit Phuket for 3 days. Please advise.

Different nationalities have different requirements for visas.

Why don't you go to the Thai Embassy in KL and apply/ask there. There's no point wasting your time flying to Penang.
