120 Days In Thailand ?

Featured Replies

Can anyone help me ? I'm from Canada and I'm over 50 years old. I intend to spend 4 months in Pattaya. I got a 60 days Tourist Visa . When in Pattaya I will ask for an extension of 30 days . Then I will have 90 days. And afterwards I'm planning to do a Visa run to Cambodia in order to get an extra 30 days. This would give me a total of 120 days. Is this OK with the 60 days Tourist Visa regulations ?

It is OK with the visa regulations but apparently may not be OK with local immigration office. Recent reports are that without outbound ticket (within 30 days) the expected 30 day extension of a tourist visa may only be 7 days. You might want to consider a two entry tourist visa (if the Consulate is OK with that).

Lopburi3 I have all ready done only one single tourist 60 days entry,What are other options ?

Obtain your 30 day extension of stay at an office that does not require onward ticket within 30 days - or obtain ticket within 30 days - or use two visa exempt entries for 30 days stay each (although you may still have to purchase an onward ticket for the first one).
