We have a company and everything ready to open, but when tried to apply for TAT license, the staff said we can't use the name that's approved by business department. Anyone know what department approve the name. Shall i contact TAT in Bangkok

what i mean is ,they said even the business department approved but if TAT don't ,then it means we can't use that name. We got work permit, all documents, sign, website, and ready to run the business, but now we have to wait until we get the name that's approved by both departments. Do you what office approve company name for tourism business?
