I imagine that the largely rural provinces would show the same kind of poor results in health care that the poor, rural areas of the US have. But, probably worse.

Do you hide behind a cloak of anomymity? It seems that many on this forum do so? Why? Do you have something to hide? Upset too many people? I'd like to know your reasons. My father taught me to stand by my words and not to hide away, even if that means receiving abuse, ridicule etc. Look for my face and bio on the internet - It's in many public places (no, not the blue 'gonk'!). Much of what I read here in the Pub seems to be members going at each other. Very few seem to agree on anything. Maybe that does not necessarily translate into actual dislike, but very few people seem to get along. So I started wondering whether that is intentional.
