There is a program being run by Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok where teachers can obtain WP,s with NO degree. I am not certain what other requirements maybe required though.

I've heard lately of several such cases. It all depends on local offices of MoE, Labour, Immigration, and of course the school and the employer.
