He is being sent for trial at Westminster Magistrates Court; in the UK we do not have a jury in a Magistrates court. However, his case could be sent on by the Magistrates court to a Crown court, where a jury would hear the evidence and decide. -

Trump’s Use of Emergency Powers to Impose Tariffs Is an Abuse of Power
There is a lawsuit recently brought that states the law being used to impose tariffs ONLY allows for embargoes, NOT tariffs. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. -

Russell Brand criminally charged with rape...
He is being sent for trial on 2nd May at Westminster Magistrates Court, which is a non-jury court, and presided over by either a district judge or 3 magistrates; however, serious cases are often sent on to a Crown court for trial before a jury. Jury selection would be an issue in this case, as he is well known in the UK and viewed in a bad light by many. He is also believed to be in the US at the present time, although he has said he will attend court. If he does not, I think his extradition would be straightforward.- 1

Bangkok Building Collapse Sets Unwanted World Records
Well I think if the average Chinese person was not so brainwashed by the notion that their dinosaur-in-a-suit of a leader's mantra, was a deeply humanitarian force of good for the world, I'd agree with you. I personally don't believe the average Chinese person isn't, which you may disagree with. Boeing doesn't represent an ideological push to re-shape the world order with a somehow 'more virtuous than though' laughable set of "cultural" values.
