How long does it normally take to upload a JPEG File, less than 100KB, to a Forum Post?

Yes, I am on "Dial-up" but the little upload spinner has now been twirling for 3 hours and still nothing.

I even logged out earlier and started again!

Have done this many times over the years to other forums and usually takes just a few minutes!

normally a couple of minutes on maxnet adsl,3 hours ,give up.........

Use Image Shack and 'cut & paste' one of the forums links that it provides.

30 seconds to upload. No more than two minutes for Image Shack to produce the links.
